Hock Wong introduced its Dried Meat (Bakkwa) with a unique honey-based flavour, using the most traditional charcoal grilling method. It successfully became the first Malaysian pork jerky brand to go abroad.
Hock Wong’s pork jerky also won 4 Asian Integrity Awards and appeared on the cover of Global Outstanding Enterprise Weekly Magazine, Volume 42, in 2018.
